The DÉMÁSZ Resort Hotel, Training and Rehabilitation Center is located in Gyula, at number 4-6 Dózsa György utca (street). On the building renewed, constructed and extended with a demanding care based on the plans of Roland Nemes Ybl Prize winner architect in 2003, the D-Hotel name can be seen right now. The resort hotel is situated not more than 50 m far from the Castle Bath of Gyula having raised to European-level.

The services of the hotel having 21 rooms, suits and apartments – all in all 52 beds are available for anybody.

Every room is furnished with separately adjustable air-conditioner, refrigerator, television and telephone. Of course, the rooms and the suits commodious also for large families are accompanied by bathroom. The apartments are attached to separate, well-equipped kitchenettes furnished with cooker, microwave oven, dishes and tableware. However, there are similarly equipped kitchenettes provided for every floor. With the design, the physically handicapped persons were also in mind. Two double-bedrooms are available for them, which are furnished with all necessary devices and equipment.

D-Hotel lends itself also to holding conferences, since on third storey an air-conditioned conference room seating 70 people has been formed, which is equipped with all required technical instruments from projector to home-cinema system that can be used also by private guests. Minor meetings can be organized also in the boardroom on the ground floor. In addition, there are no-smoking and smoking assembly rooms. Internet connection is possible downstairs.


Within the D-Hotel, in case of demand, there is a possibility for rehabilitative treatment. A billiard-table and a gaming-room serve also the relaxation and entertainment of the guests staying in the hotel. While on the flat roof, the guests can enjoy the summer and the fresh air on a terrace of 70 square meters furnished with sunshades, loungers and chairs.


Within the hotel’s yard, there are sporting facilities, and a playground with swings and jungle gyms serves the children’s leisure. In the yard, stew-pot cooking, barbecuing and grilling place is also available.
At the D-Hotel, parking facilities are also given, a guarded car park with bars has been formed. The bicycle use is also provided. In case of demand, excursions, homestead and equestrian programs are organized for the guests staying in the hotel.
