Our family guesthouse was built in Tarján, in the quaint valley of Gerecse. Our village is very lucky, since the capital is in accessible vicinity, the M1 motorway is separated from it only by a wonderful forest serpentine road, but due to its location it has still remained full of good atmosphere and peaceful. Our restaurant was opened in 1991, the construction of the accommodation places was implemented by a later investment after two years. In addition to the 'a la carte' catering the arrangement of larger programmes is solved in our private room, the capacity of which is 130 persons, but if the participation rate requires it, we set up a programme tent in our green belt. Of course, the arrangement of receptions for 5-600 persons does not mean a problem for us either, since the modern newly-built sports arena means an excellent solution for it, which can be easily changed into a programme room with good atmosphere. In our guesthouse we try to compensate the mentality of our age having become businesslike with the requirement set by ourselves that we endeavour to treat the guests as family members, by which we hope to bring about many people’s happiness and satisfaction. Restaurant:Our restaurant for 60 persons consists of 2 separate rooms for the smokers and non-smokers, respectively, which were supplemented with a Mediterranean terrace with good atmosphere. When our menu changing seasonally is complied, the variety, combination of modern and traditional dishes, their flavouring with a little world of rural tastes has a great part. Besides the usual delicacies we favour our guests with specialities occasionally. When we compile our dishes, we carefully pay attention to avoiding the ready-made products and to prepare everything home-made, if possible, for the best quality from the plum jam through croquette potatoes to the liver dumplings. In our confectionary homemade confectionary products and cakes are made in a great variety for consumption on the spot, and for weddings and other programmes. We are fondly waiting for you in our restaurant so that you can made sure of all these personally! Hotel:Our hotel consists of 14 rooms with 2-3 or either 4 beds, altogether with 39 accommodation places. Reception of larger groups does not mean a problem either, since there is a possibility to accommodate further 24 persons in two nearby guesthouses of the same standard. Our rooms are with bathrooms, have a television and Wifi internet connection. Prices: Adult:4.200.- HUF /Night/Pers. with Breakfast Child 4-14 years:2.500.- HUF OPEN: all Year 07-23h Winter Pause 24.12-27.12 Cafe:In 2007 our restaurant has been refurbished, and, at the same time, a new café has been opened where we welcome our customers with home made pastries, breakfasts, and genuine coffee specialties á la Manuel, as well as some 18 different kinds of hot chocolate drinks and 30 different varieties of tea. For those arriving alone with only their notebooks accompanying them, we provide WIFI access free of charge helping to make their stay more enjoyable. Conference:Our convention centres are also excellent to serve as venues for conferences with attendants of up to 80 persons. For such events a variety of packages are available that include catering, and a host of evening programmes all this with affordable prices. The halls are equipped with state of the art appliances like projectors, flipchart boards, DVD players, TV sets, overhead projectors, WIFI access, computer scanners and printers.
