Kalvin Apartments

Kalvin Apartments were opened in Budapest in 2004 — located in the city centre of Budapest at Kalvin Square close to River Danube —, in a multi-flat house at the beginning of the road to the Ferihegy - BUDapest international airport.

Main tourist sights of Budapest are within reach (the National Museum and Museum of Applied Arts) by the nearby public transportation facilities (Metro Line 3, trams #47 and #49, bus #8, #9, #15 and #112 or trolley bus #83). Vaci Street (the traditional pedestrian zone of Budapest) is just a few minutes walk away. The Gellert Bath is 2 tram stops. The neighbouring area (as many other places in Budapest) is famous for its cafés, shops and restaurants (Raday Street).

Soundproofed windows of the studio apartments (ca. 25-35 sqm in size) have a view onto the street. Each apartment has two beds or a double bed. Air-conditioned and smoking apartments are available upon request. We supply bed linen, sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, iron and ironing board in your studio apartment. Washing machine is not placed in the apartment but a laundry service is available upon request on scene.

The apartments were designed along the same internal architecture principles; so despite the slight differences each apartment mostly offers the same space and comfort.

The person who meets you (gives you the keys) when you arrive at Kalvin Apartments will provide all necessary information regarding your stay in the studio apartment and in Budapest. We hope to make your stay in our city a pleasant, comfortable and memorable one.

Tourist guidebooks, program booklets, area maps and brochures for Budapest sightseeing tours are also available. Parking is becoming a difficult issue in Budapest; we can't offer parking places but we can recommend a couple of parking garages and lots in the area (daily ticket is ca. 10 EUR).

All taxes are included in our price. Since Kalvin Apartments are self-catered accommodation breakfast is not included. Payment in cash upon arrival (no cheques accepted; credit card payment over the internet on secure PayPal website). For long stays we apply reduced prices. No pets are allowed.
